Job summary

A leading technology firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Quality Control Assistant to assist in manufacturing quality control activities and resolve quality issues across various sections including Lab, Production, and Sales. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Chemistry or Science and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are necessary for interaction across different organizational levels.

Job description

To assist Production Executive in manufacturing quality control activities and any ad hoc task;

Work together in all sections including Lab, Purchasing, Production and Sales pertaining to Quality issues covering Material, Production and Finished Products.

Support Marketing section pertaining to any issues arising from customer complaint.

Support preparation of quality inspection plans and procedure.

Carry out inspection and keeping track on projects and rework production.

Performing quality audits of all activities related to product quality.

Assisting in product testing, troubleshooting and problem solving.

Prepare incoming and outgoing goods inspection reports & update into system.

Achieve Company KPI & present weekly reports.

Monitor the stock level of raw materials, consistency formulation, products registration and storage.

Requirements

Min. Diploma / Degree in Chemistry or Science field.

1-2 years of working experience in QA /QC Production or Production Assistance.

Fresh graduate encourage to apply.

Experience in GMP, ISO 9001, Halal and regulatory affair matters is an added advantage.
