Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior Trainer to design, deliver, and supervise a broad range of training programs aimed at boosting workforce effectiveness and sales capability.

The role covers product training, fieldforce incentives, and internal communications, with Mandarin proficiency essential for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders; strong coaching, mentoring, and time management skills are required to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of related experience as Senior Trainer.
• Experience in consumer electronics/mobile phone industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge of training methods including coaching, workshops, classroom training and mentoring.
• Ability to track the performance of training programs, write reports and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
• Well-organized with strong time management skills.
• Languages: Mandarin, English and Malay; Mandarin required to deal with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee product training programs from design to delivery.
• Draw up comprehensive training and development plans for all products.
• Oversee implementation of training programs to ensure effectiveness and success.
• Evaluate training impact through feedback, metrics and performance indicators.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in L&D.
• Plan and implement sales incentive programs to boost performance and growth.
• Monitor workforce performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Oversee internal communications strategies, including content and events.
