Job summary

Bosch Group in Malaysia is seeking a Product & Test Technician to support set-up and release activities of tester systems for final testing. The role aims to reduce tester downtime and frequency while aiding product engineers with testing data analysis, evaluation, and lot release.

You will perform tester setup, release, maintenance, troubleshooting, and contribute to CIP projects, with 3–5 years in manufacturing environments, preferably in semiconductors.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductor production.
• Diploma in Electronics and Software Engineering is required.
• Able to work as a team with good teamwork and maintain a healthy working environment.
• Possess good communication and cross-functional communication skills.
• Knowledge in BPS tools, Poka-Yoke is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Job Overview: To support set-up and release activities of tester system for final testing.
• To reduce tester down time and tester down frequency; to support product engineer for testing data analysis, evaluation, and lot release.
• To support tester-related and product-related improvement projects; support matters from the supervisor; tester set up, release, maintenance, troubleshooting.
• Production first contact window for tester hardware issue.
• MSA operation and report generation; release tester in time.
• Engineering activities support: DOE running, test program verification; CIP project involvement.
