Job description

Handle anomalies in production and at customer sites; perform data analysis and experimental validation to locate issues and drive corrective actions and improvements.

Draft process and specification documents for product assembly, testing, debugging/commissioning, and delivery.

Develop test plans, produce test cases, execute tests, and prepare reports.

Review and release product change control, including software/firmware change control.

Provide technical support for on-site testing during product delivery.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Communications, or a related field.

3–5+ years’ work experience; familiarity with circuit design and component selection; expertise in both analog and digital circuits is a plus.

Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Knowledge of test equipment design, manufacturing, quality control, and reliability.

Strong independent problem-solving and report-writing skills; proficient with oscilloscopes and related instruments.

Familiar with testing processes and analysis methods for optical-communication products or semiconductor test equipment.

Proactive and meticulous; strong teamwork and sense of responsibility; willing to work overtime when needed.

High ownership and execution, with excellent organization, coordination, and interpersonal communication skills.
