What you'll be doing

Providing technical expertise and support for the development, testing, and implementation of our engineering products

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges

Conducting research and analysis to improve product performance and reliability

Preparing detailed technical documentation and training materials for internal and external stakeholders

Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical guidance to ensure their satisfaction

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Technical Engineer or in a similar role

Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills in the field of electrical/electronic engineering

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and product specifications
