Job Summary

  • Support Sales & Distribution in assigned areas with KPIs on sales targets.

The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Execute and monitor the effectiveness of sales strategies and promotional plans, seeking new opportunities to expand UM touchpoints & pyramid.
  • Deepen dealer loyalty through activations (Prepaid plans and Postpaid).
  • Ensure proper knowledge and training on:
    • System: Accurate activations through control systems and system knowledge.
    • Product: Full range of products.
    • Sales Techniques: Providing accurate and correct information.
    • Incentives / Pyramid: Proper guidance in building loyalty.
    • POSM: Up-to-date POSM materials.
  • Monitor market movements through market intelligence.
  • Build good rapport and trust with dealers by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Maintain good discipline and performance standards.
  • Perform trade events, visits, and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimal sales performance.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Telco / FMCG related environment.
  • Possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field.
  • Sales-driven with a good track record.
  • Own transport and willing to travel.
