A leading healthcare firm in Malaysia is seeking a Product Specialist to drive sales for medical devices and diagnostics. The role involves engaging healthcare professionals, executing marketing strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree and possess strong communication skills, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply. This position requires willingness to travel and offers a dynamic sales environment.
In this role, you will be part of our growing sales team to engage the healthcare professionals, develop and build strong customer relationships with the objective of driving sales volume and market share of the assigned products
Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets assigned.
Track sales progress against key performance indicators and sales plans. Prioritize and review daily sales activities with the Sales Manager to enable an efficient and effective work execution.
Deliver product presentations to the healthcare professionals to ensure thorough understanding of the products.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with new and existing healthcare professionals to expand customer base and market share.
Support internal stakeholders in relationship development with key customers. Conduct market and competitor research on project basis.
Ensure compliance with the company policies and the local industry’s code of conduct to ensure that the company conducts business with integrity.
Degree or professional qualification in a Science- or Medical-related discipline
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Willing to travel outstation and cover more than one area.
Possess business awareness and analytical skills, strong communication and negotiation skill and able to work and travel independently.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in medical devices & diagnostic industry
