Key Responsibilities

Provide on‑site clinical application support and product knowledge transfer to OR specialists.

Continuously improve product and clinical knowledge while developing soft skills to understand customer needs and gain acceptance.

Confidently conduct clinical and product presentations to healthcare professionals.

Develop short and long‑term territory strategies to grow market share.

Work comfortably in hospital environments and collaborate with medical teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Biotechnology, Science and Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Medical Science, or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in product specialist, medical sales, or clinical support roles.

Experience as an OT scrub nurse or scrub technician is highly preferred.

Languages: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written.

Mandarin or a local dialect is an added advantage.

Other Requirements

Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
