About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Product Specialist who enjoys combining clinical insight with innovative technology to improve patient rehabilitation outcomes. This role bridges the gap between therapy practice and product innovation — ideal for physiotherapists or occupational therapists who are excited to bring their clinical experience into a product and technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, user training, and ongoing support to healthcare professionals, ensuring effective and confident use of our rehabilitation and robotic systems.
• Assist with clinical training system implementation, configuration, and workflow design to ensure smooth integration into real-world therapy settings.
• Plan and manage product-related projects to enhance product value, readiness, and market competitiveness.
• Conduct market and clinical research on product performance and trends to support strategic business and product development planning.
• Gather and consolidate user feedback and product requirements to guide future improvements and iterations.
• Provide pre- and post-sales training to clients, and collaborate closely with the Business Development team to support sales initiatives.
• Contribute to marketing materials and activities from a product and clinical perspective.
• Work with the Technical Services team to provide accurate product information for service, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Support new product development projects, including planning, testing, and launch phases of new or enhanced rehabilitation solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or deep expertise in relevant product management and technical knowledge.
• 1-3 years of work experience as a Product Specialist/Product Management Executive or relevant.
• Candidates with experience in rehabilitation and robotic products would be considered favourably.
• Strong public speaking and written communication skill.
• Able to speak, read, and write in Chinese.
• Pleasant team player with good interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills.
