We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive, Product Planning to join our dynamic team. This role plays a vital part in analyzing market trends, shaping product line‑ups, and supporting product strategies to enhance our competitive edge.

Job Description
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to evaluate consumer trends, product performance, pricing, and positioning; generate data‑driven insights and reports to support strategic decision‑making and ensure product competitiveness.
  • Monitor competitor products, specifications, and pricing strategies, and conduct detailed product comparisons with competitor models to identify gaps and recommend adjustments.
  • Assist in developing and executing medium‑ and long‑term product planning strategies.
  • Responsible for design and maintenance of market research and intelligence to guide decision‑making.
  • Design and conduct customer or user surveys to gather insights on preferences, satisfaction, and behavior.
  • Coordinate vendor selection, execute survey research and conduct information sharing to management.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Research, Statistics, Engineering or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Superior research, analytical skills and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to show visual and communication and writing samples across a variety of communication channels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Ability to converse and write in Chinese language would be an added advantage.
  • Possess a valid driving license, as occasional driving may be required for the role.

GWM’s latest plant in Thailand represents a major milestone in implementing GWM’s globalization strategy with the goal to be ahead of the trends by bringing smart technologies to the automotive industry and enhance employees’ skills and efficiency. The plant in Rayong is remarked as the first full‑process vehicle plant in Southeast Asia and it is set to be an important hub for the right‑hand driving vehicle productions in the region.
