Product Offer Management Senior Specialist

Overview

Designs and executes global offer structure strategies for the companywide portfolio of products sold to customers online and offline across the globe. Works cross-functionally to support the entire product lifecycle including launch, sustain and end of life.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Global Offer data integrity and coordinate activities to establish product schedules
• Maintain offer governance and manage change control activities
• Ensure offer stability and valid information across all sales channels
• Identify strategic product offer opportunities to help develop product marketing and gain market share
• Support market requirements and manage product lifecycle prioritization
• Validate Global Offers are compliant with customer expectations

Product Document Management is key to deploying and managing product data for initial release of our products and any engineering changes that follow. The team also manages products and peripheral components through product release and post-release change activities. They guide project management in the definition, design, building and shipping of systems configuration requirements.

What you’ll achieve

As a Product Offer Management Senior Specialist, you will deploy and manage product data for initial release of our products and any engineering changes that follow, working directly with diverse functions to guide in the definition, design, building and shipping of systems configuration requirements.

• Participate in medium-sized projects with agreed timelines and quality standards
• Audit, validate and manage submittals of Product Data (PD) requests
• Support Offer Manager to ensure Global Offer data integrity and coordinate activities to establish product schedules
• Support Offer Manager to validate Global Offers are compliant with customer expectations

Qualifications

• Basic systems application knowledge
• Basic knowledge of product data
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Efficient and accurate in handling and manipulating data and motivated and goal driven; deliver to deadlines
• An active team player with good communication skills both written and verbal, comfortable communicating to extended team members
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or higher, or a degree in any discipline
