Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Marketing Executive to manage product onboarding, pricing, regulatory compliance, and coordination across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to ensure smooth product operations from sourcing to market launch.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pricing & Market Analysis

    Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies based on market trends and cost structures.

  2. Marketing & Brand Support

    Responsible in offline marketing initiatives and offline promotional campaigns.

  3. Product Management

    • Manage end-to-end onboarding of new products, including technical specifications and documentation.
    • Maintain product master data, material codes, and vendor profiles.
    • Coordinate packaging and artwork approvals according to brand and regulatory standards.
  4. Regulatory & Compliance

    • Handle import permit applications and ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations (e.g., SIRIM).
    • Prepare for and coordinate factory audits and inspections.
    • Liaise with regulatory bodies and compliance officers for timely approvals.
  5. Procurement & Logistics

    • Process and track trade purchase orders.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouses for smooth shipment and delivery.
    • Liaise with the Finance team for payment processing and documentation.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to resolve operational issues.
    • Support billing, shipment tracking, and advance payment processes.
  7. Supplier & Quality Management

    • Build strong relationships with suppliers and ensure manufacturing quality compliance.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in product management, supply chain, or procurement (FMCG or similar industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and import/export processes.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocount systems.
