Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in product marketing, product specialist, marketing support, or similar role.
  • Experience in office automation/copier industry is highly preferred.
  • Creative, proactive, and resourceful.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product brochures, spec sheets, and digital content.
  • Maintain strong understanding of the company's product portfolio.
  • Conduct internal product training sessions for new hires.
  • Study competitor products and prepare competitive analysis.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams.

Skills

Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
Good understanding of product marketing and technical information
Ability to translate technical specs into simple content
Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills

Education

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or related field
