A health and wellness company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Product Marketing & Communications Executive to assist with product launches and marketing communications. The role includes preparing launch materials, managing social media content, and supporting ongoing campaigns. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications. Interns and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong writing skills and attention to detail are required.

Assist in preparing product launch materials, including key product benefits, highlights, FAQs, and simple product comparisons.
Support product launch timelines and communication plans.
Help translate product features and information into consumer-friendly messages
Assist in preparing launch toolkits for internal and external use (social posts, captions, posters, slides)
Marketing Communication
Support marketing communication across multiple channels including social media, internal announcements, presentations, and events
Assist in drafting marketing copy for brochures, posters, EDMs, app notifications, and training materials
Ensure consistency of product messaging across all communication platforms
Social Media Content, Captions & Publishing
Assist in planning and preparing social media content for product campaigns and launches
Write, edit, and refine captions aligned with brand tone and approved product messaging
Schedule and publish approved content on assigned social media platforms
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance in all published content
Content Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with designers and internal teams to ensure visuals and copy are aligned
Track content timelines, approvals, and publishing schedules
Maintain organized records of marketing assets and approved content
Campaign & Performance Support
Assist in supporting ongoing campaigns, promotions, and events with relevant communication materials
Monitor engagement performance (likes, comments, reach) and compile simple reports
Support post-campaign reviews and content improvements
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications
Interns or fresh graduates with 0–2 years working experience are welcome
Internship or hands-on experience in content creation, social media, or marketing is an advantage
Strong interest in product marketing and communication
Good writing skills with strong attention to detail
Familiar with managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Rednote etc.)
Able to communicate effectively in written English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese
Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and content publishing
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
