Job summary

OCBC Wealth Management in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager for Treasury products to shape and manage investment solutions that meet customer needs. You’ll partner with Global Markets and cross‑functional teams to design, launch, and continuously enhance Treasury offerings in an Agile environment, delivering real value to clients and the business.

The successful candidate will analyze market data, map strategic roadmaps, and translate regulatory changes into practical product decisions,

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in product management related to investments.
• Knowledge and experience in retail wealth management products.
• Solid experience in building strategic roadmaps and possess strong business acumen.
• Experience in project management, developing user requirement, user acceptance test and business analysis.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision, with the ability to develop fact-based decision making/recommendations in complex and ambiguous situation.

• Responsible for managing and carrying out activities of OCBC Wealth Management – Treasury products/solutions for consumers.
• Work closely with Global Markets and oversee the innovation and improvement of Treasury products to suit customer’s needs.
• Launch new digital initiatives and enhancements in an Agile environment.
• Accountable for product/service decision in fast-paced environment.
• Responsible for business results of related Treasury product initiatives and end-to-end Treasury product life cycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of product or service launch.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and assess their impact on the product suite, making necessary adjustments.

Who you are
Candidate is required to have strong domain knowledge in Treasury products as well as experience in the retail market. This must be coupled with strong engagement and collaboration skills with stakeholders and partners.
