Job summary

The Product Manager for Transaction banking & Strategy will be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing cash management solutions for corporate clients. This role ensures the product portfolio meets client needs, complies with regulatory requirements, and supports the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for cash management services (payments, collections, cross border payments and virtual accounts).
  • Identify market trends, client needs, and competitive offerings to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement digital solutions.
Lifecycle Management
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, including pricing, profitability, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Client Engagement
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to understand client requirements.
  • Support client pitches and provide product expertise during onboarding.
  • Ensure products adhere to AML, KYC, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to mitigate operational and financial risks.
Stakeholder Collaboration
