About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to support and grow our internal tooling and operational excellence efforts. This role focuses on improving the tools and systems used by our operations and customer support teams, including the internal ops portal, Zendesk setup, help centre, CRM tools, and workflow dashboards.

Your mission is to reduce friction in day-to-day operations, improve internal efficiency, and make sure our internal processes are aligned with product delivery. You will work closely with engineering, operations, product managers, and other cross‑functional teams to identify problems and turn them into well‑defined, scalable solutions.

This is a hands‑on, learning‑focused role ideal for someone with strong curiosity, structured thinking, and a desire to make an immediate impact behind the scenes.

What You Will Do
  • Support the product roadmap for internal tools and platforms
  • Work with internal teams to map out processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements
  • Help document requirements and translate operational needs into product specs
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver tools that support internal teams
  • Track tool usage and feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement
  • Help ensure that new product features are supported by the right operational processes and tools
  • Maintain clear documentation for internal stakeholders
  • Assist with product launches, improvements, or process automation efforts
  • Contribute to defining and measuring success metrics for internal operations
What We Are Looking For
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in product, operations, customer support, data analysis, or internal tooling
  • Strong interest in internal tooling, workflow automation, and operational process design
  • Basic skills in data analysis, reporting, and reconciling records across systems
  • Customer experience mindset with a strong belief that great internal tools are key enablers of excellent customer outcomes
  • Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and gathering insights from different users
  • Structured and detail‑oriented, especially in documenting flows and edge cases
  • Clear communicator who can break down problems and support effective delivery
  • Bonus: Experience with Zendesk, CRMs, help desk tools, or operational dashboards
  • Familiarity with agentic AI workflows or automation platforms like n8n is a plus
