We are looking for a Product Manager to support and grow our internal tooling and operational excellence efforts. This role focuses on improving the tools and systems used by our operations and customer support teams, including the internal ops portal, Zendesk setup, help centre, CRM tools, and workflow dashboards.
Your mission is to reduce friction in day-to-day operations, improve internal efficiency, and make sure our internal processes are aligned with product delivery. You will work closely with engineering, operations, product managers, and other cross‑functional teams to identify problems and turn them into well‑defined, scalable solutions.
This is a hands‑on, learning‑focused role ideal for someone with strong curiosity, structured thinking, and a desire to make an immediate impact behind the scenes.
