Qualifications

• Industry recognized certifications like TOGAF, CBAP, CIoTP, ISACA, CCNA are recommended.

Responsibilities

• Propel NaaS revenue growth and manage P&L to meet targets.
• Oversee deployment and optimization of the NaaS platform.
• Manage real-time network slicing implementation for clients.
• Ensure efficient deployment and operation of edge computing solutions.
• Coordinate with teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Continuously monitor platform performance to meet KPIs.
• Drive innovation in 5G and edge computing technologies.
• Contribute to enhancements in the product roadmap.

What are you accountable for?

Revenue Growth: Propel NaaS revenue growth and manage P&L to achieve AOP targets and LRP vision. Meet revenue and performance goals while ensuring exceptional product experiences for Maxis customers.

Platform Management: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of the NaaS platform, ensuring it aligns with product goals and user needs.

Network Slicing: Manage the implementation of real-time network slicing to deliver customized solutions for enterprise clients.

Edge Computing: Manage and ensure efficient deployment and operation of edge computing solutions, aligning with product strategy and market demands.

Cloud Integration: Manage the implementation of cloud environments and integrate cloud services to enhance product capabilities.

Solution Delivery: Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and cost‑effective solutions that align with product roadmaps.

Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and improve platform performance and reliability to meet product KPIs.

Innovation and Improvement: Drive innovation and continuous improvement in 5G and edge computing technologies, contributing to the product's competitive edge.

Roadmap Enhancement: Contribute to the enhancement of the product roadmap by identifying opportunities for new features, improvements, and strategic initiatives that align with business objectives.

What do you need to have to fit this role?

Bachelors Degree, specialized in:Engineering (telecommunications, or network related preferred), IT/OT etc.

Total Work Experience: 7 to 10 years, with 4 to 6 years relevant experience in wireless telecommunications, Cloud Computing, IOT, or OT

Expertise in 5G, edge computing, cloud platforms, networking, and software development practices, including DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Good communication, presentation, negotiation and product marketing skills.

Has Business Acumen, Experience in managing products through entire life cycle, Strong project management skills.

Industry recognised certification is highly recommended; TOGAF, CBAP, CIoTP, ISACA, CCNA, HCIA, AWS/MSFT
