The Business Fibre Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, commercial performance, and lifecycle management of the Business Fibre broadband portfolio. The role focuses on fibre connectivity as the core product, with adjacent bundling of complementary solutions. This includes defining the product roadmap, driving growth, ensuring service quality, and delivering superior customer experience for SME and enterprise segments.
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Business Fibre services, aligned with the overall Enterprise product strategy.
Translate market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into product opportunities.
Lead cross-functional squads (Network, IT, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance) to develop and launch new offerings or product enhancements.
Identify adjacent solutions that enhance the core connectivity offering.
Own the router technology and device roadmap, including vendor selection, hardware refresh cycles, feature alignment, and firmware strategy.
Ensure product propositions are relevant, scalable, and aligned with evolving business customer needs.
Manage the P&L for the Business Fibre portfolio.
Develop pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies to grow ARPU and market share.
Monitor product performance metrics — take-up, revenue, churn, and profitability — and implement commercial optimisation initiatives.
Build and maintain business cases to support product launches or portfolio enhancements.
Lead GTM planning and execution for new product launches, enhancements and campaigns.
Define target customer segments, value propositions, and channel strategies.
Equip sales and partner channels with product collaterals, training, and sales enablement tools.
Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to develop campaigns and drive demand generation.
Work closely with network, service delivery, and operations teams to maintain service quality and performance.
Continuously improve installation, provisioning, and support experiences for business customers.
Ensure router and device management processes are efficient, cost-optimised, and scalable.
Proactively identify and address product pain points through enhancements or ecosystem partnerships.
Act as the product owner in governance forums.
Engage with internal teams (Network, IT, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Sales) to align on execution priorities.
Manage relationships with router vendors and ecosystem partners to support product evolution.
Prepare product performance reports and strategic insights for management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields. MBA preferred.
4–8 years of work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in product management or other commercial roles.
Experience in telecommunications, media and technology (TMT), and/or management consulting is preferred.
Experience in pricing, packaging, and product lifecycle management.
Familiarity with SME and enterprise market segments.
