Role: Asean + Taiwan Product Manager
Responsible for creating and implementing timely regional product range development plans for respective product line/s to achieve defined KPI targets derived from business or customer requirements in IAM and OES according to GDPEP process and OP/SP targets.
Responsibilities
- Manages product-related workstreams to guarantee timely execution of regional category- and corresponding product lines – strategies deliverables, growth and profitability improvements activities to achieve the regional targets.
- For NPIs (New Product Introduction), responsible for G2M strategy, Service Readiness support and sales readiness (price, stock, AM portal, Xrefs , MarCom) for NPIs.
- Pro-actively screen the portfolio, identify exclusivity & roadblock and release OE conversion products when no projects are needed.
- Coordinates cross referencing against competitors and OE with Product Information Management to guarantee customer range demands are fulfilled.
- Ensure that product master data are up to date internally and externally. Make sure that product information are visible for our customers.
- Point of contact for Customer Service Desk to process range, product and commercial related requests from customers.
Requirements
- Experience in product management, specification & development processes in Automotive industrial PC/CV.
- Experience in OES/IAM/Service sales processes & business.
- Strategic and analytic thinking and active execution of Product Strategy targets.
- Negotiating, influencing and relationship management skills.
- Strong drive for results while developing competencies and teams empowerment with organizations.
