Responsibilities
  • Ownership of software products and software implementation unit.
  • Resource capability planning & management for new recruitment, staff career development.
  • Maintain effectiveness and efficiency of the unit’s operation including project execution.
  • Manage production support incident SLA and resolution.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance for the software product development.
  • Manage the software development life cycle for the product version release.
  • Oversee project travel opportunity.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree/Master in Information Technology or related field.
  • Preferable experience with banking industry project, financial payment, or financial reporting knowledge.
  • 5 years working experience in software development industry, 3 years in management position.
  • Good interpersonal, written and communication skills, and positive working attitude.
  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head‑off obstacles.
  • Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem‑solving skill.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department.

Location & Relocation

Ability to commute/relocate: Kuala Lumpur – reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred).
