At Mochi Technologies Sdn Bhd, we’re building the next generation of digital platforms across HRMS, accounting, marketing tech, and more. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and business leaders to shape impactful digital solutions used by real businesses every day.

What You’ll Do

Be the key coordinator between Sales, Tech, and Users

Manage product enhancement requests & bug tracking efficiently

Own and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) before every release

Translate user feedback into clear and actionable improvements

Collaborate on Product R&D (by modules) to innovate and optimize features

Organize and maintain the product backlog with clarity and purpose

Proactively identify issues and push for practical, scalable solutions

(Senior Only) Lead product sprints & support junior team growth

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in Product, Business Analyst, or SaaS roles

Strong understanding of SaaS or App-based platforms

Great at simplifying problems and aligning cross-team communication

Familiar with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Figma

Agile mindset with a hands‑on, can‑do attitude

(Senior Only) Able to lead initiatives, sprints & strategic improvements
