Job description

Responsibilities

• Participate in new product development, product study, DFM and DFMEA, 3D designing, prototyping, mould design, manufacturing process until FA buy off;
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth product development process;
• Communicate with company approved vendors for RFQ;
• Establish and implement quality control measures to ensure final product meets specified standard and requirements;
• Establish and maintain documentation related to product specification, processes and testing procedures;
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders upon project kick off;
• Monitor pre-production and post-production information and update into company ERP system;
• Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project timelines and deadlines;
• To carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Proven ability to identify, assess and strong problem‑solving skills.
• 1 year experience in manufacturing fields.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering is typically required. Common relevant disciplines include Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools for design and analysis (e.g., CAD software, simulation tools).
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in Chinese.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and present ideas and findings.
• Able to travel.
• Must possess own transport.
