Keysight Technologies is hiring in Penang, Malaysia. The role focuses on design, test, and manufacturing support for electronic products. You will collaborate with suppliers, CM partners, and cross-functional teams to optimize cost, reliability, and manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, electronics or similar qualification.
• Typically 2-4 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge in utilizing test measurement equipment: spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, signal generator, network analyzer and power supply.
• Analogue/digital circuit design and layout using CAD.
• Experience in working with supplier and CM.
• Experience in using quality tools: 5 Whys, 8D report, Poka-Yoke, Six Sigma and LEAN.

Responsabilités

• Improves products design, test processes and components used to meet agreed-upon product objectives.
• May redesign products or components to meet cost objectives, component technology obsolescence and customer requirements.
• Work with supply chain partners to assess manufacturing cost optimization and new component technology opportunities.
• Ensure products manufacturing meets business requirements, including the product lifecycle along with execution of the discontinuation.
• Participates in new product introduction and influences the design of the product to ensure manufacturability, enabling prototype testing and reliability testing during transition into production.
• Work with CM partners for outsourced products to meet deliveries, product performance and business objectives.
• Work with suppliers and/or material engineering on components quality, cost and delivery of parts.
• Manage the bill of material and product specification information.
