Job summary

A food production company in Penang is seeking a motivated individual to join their product development team. Responsibilities include generating innovative product ideas, conducting testing for new ingredients, and preparing samples upon customer requests. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating new product ideas that are feasible for mass production.
  • Conduct testing to qualify new ingredients and raw materials.
  • Prepare new product samples upon customer request.
  • Conduct cost reduction exercises without compromising product quality.
  • Carry out cooking validation and shelf-life studies for new products.
  • Involve in new product trial runs and reporting.
  • Prepare samples for product fitting purposes upon request.
  • Assist in any other responsibilities as assigned.
