What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify market trends and customer needs, translating them into product requirements and roadmaps
• Lead the development of new products and features, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives and deliver exceptional value to customers
• Manage the product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring products are launched on time and within budget
• Gather and analyse customer feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement enhancements to existing products
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to support the launch and promotion of new products
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
• Give training to internal teams, doctors, pharmacists and nurses.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as pharmaceutical, medical device or nutritional.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or product development roles, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Proven track record of successful product launches and driving continuous product improvement
