Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated and innovative candidate to join the department. You are responsible in bridging the gap between R&D and end-user by providing technical expertise, support on the application of new food products. This position ensures that products are effectively integrated into customer and market expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new food products and improve existing ones.
• R&D planning: Including material sourcing, planning, and execution of product development related task / problem solving
• Product Profiling: Create detailed product profiles, including taste, texture, nutritional information, and packaging details.
• Presentation and technical support: Present new and improved products to internal stakeholders and potential clients.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of product development processes and profiles.
