A leading entertainment company in Malaysia seeks a creative designer. You will oversee in-house development, manage licensing initiatives, and create detailed product designs. Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in relevant fields or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong design skills, particularly in graphics and packaging.
• Familiarity with market trends in toys and collectibles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-house creative development and partner licensing initiatives.
• Create detailed 2D product drawings to support production.
• Collaborate with R&D on new products or prototypes.
• Manage art-to-product processes with prototype evaluations.
• Develop marketing materials to enhance brand presence.
• Conceptualize packaging designs that reflect product themes.
• Plan and execute product displays in retail spaces.
• Assist the Art Director in design development.

Skills

Strong understanding of hardlines product categories

3D modeling using Rhino or SolidWorks

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

Proficiency in Photoshop

Proficiency in InDesign

Packaging design experience

Knowledge in product design and development

Understanding of consumer trends

Education

Diploma or above in Industrial Design

Diploma or above in Toy Design

Diploma or above in Graphic Design
