Overview

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who goes beyond pushing pixels. In this role, you'll shape the why, define the how, and bring to life the what for our All-in-One POS and Payments products used across Southeast Asia.

You'll be the champion of our users and the business, turning insights into beautifully simple experiences. From defining the problem deep, crafting the solution, validating with real users, and working alongside engineering to bring it to life, you'll own the end-to-end design process.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design across discovery, ideation, solutioning, prototyping, usability testing, and final delivery.
• Turn user problems into product opportunities through research, insights, and strong UX problem-solving.
• Create clarity from ambiguity: define problem statements, map journeys, and propose flows that solve real merchant pains.
• Design interactive prototypes and everything needed to communicate the solution clearly using Figma Make.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation that matches the intended UX.
• Advocate for design excellence and user‑centric thinking across the company.
• Stay ahead of design trends in fintech, SaaS, AI prototyping, interaction patterns, and POS/payment industry innovations.

What we are looking for

• Solid experience in product/UI/UX design for web or mobile products.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates end‑to‑end thinking, modern UI, problem‑solving, and measurable impact.
• Confident in Figma (primary), auto‑layouts, prototyping, interaction design, and design system workflows.
• Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, and forming insights from qualitative + quantitative data.
• Someone who cares deeply about shipping high‑quality work, not just making things look nice.
• Independent, self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with fast‑paced environments.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, B2B tools, POS systems, or hardware‑integrated products.
