Job summary

Mastercard Inc. Malaysia is launching a flagship Graduate Program for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in product delivery and project management.

You will participate in global bootcamps, workshops, and social impact initiatives designed to accelerate your learning, while contributing to real customer projects and internal initiatives. You will learn SDLC fundamentals, work with cross-functional teams, and explore how AI tools can enhance delivery efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Interest in building a career in project management.
• Basic understanding of SDLC concepts including Waterfall and Agile.
• Curiosity about AI tools to improve project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supports small to mid-size customer projects and learns how to manage projects from planning through delivery.
• Helps coordinate day-to-day project activities and keeps project tasks on track.
• Supports project meetings by taking notes, tracking action items, and following up with relevant team members.
• Prepares and maintains project documents, such as timelines, checklists, process documents, FAQs, and lessons learned.
• Seeks to proactively track project progress, identifies roadblocks, and raises them to the right people when support is needed.
• Works with different teams and stakeholders to coordinate project activities and help resolve delivery issues.
• Helps prepare clear project status updates for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Takes ownership of improvements to project processes and ways of working to make delivery more efficient and effective.
• Builds good working relationships with team members and stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Learns the team’s delivery processes, standards, products, and services by working closely with experienced team members.
