  • Produce clear internal documentation and product guides.
Contract & Policy Drafting
  • Draft early versions of digital agreements, service descriptions, and consent forms.
  • Assist in preparing policies such as privacy notices, PDPA statements, and terms.
  • Work with the Director to refine legal wording and ensure compliance alignment.
Form & Website Setup (Basic UI/No Coding Required)
  • Create and maintain digital forms using JotForm (applications, agreements, workflows).
  • Set up conditional logic, notifications, and database fields.
  • Build simple web pages using WordPress, Webflow, or Canva Sites.
  • Integrate forms and payment tools (Stripe/PayPal) into the site.
General Support
  • Help organise documentation, file structures, and internal SOPs.
  • Participate in remote meetings and provide input on product design.
  • Assist in preparing customer-facing explanations and instructions for the platform.
Qualifications & Requirements

  • Familiarity with Malaysian regulations (PDPA, Contracts Act, financial or consumer laws) is an advantage.
  • Strong written English and Bahasa Malaysia — must be able to draft documents.
  • Comfortable researching and interpreting guidelines or legal frameworks.
  • Experience with JotForm, Google Workspace, or basic website builders preferred.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to learn new tools independently.
  • Malaysian citizen currently residing in Malaysia.
