We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Product & Sales Support Manager – GCB 6 role, supporting Hong Kong region primary business.

The AMH COO Delivery- Wealth & Personal Banking provides support and services to business stakeholders and clients on project-based requests and assignments. The job holder should be precise, detailed oriented and be able to establish a strong working relationship with IWS internal business stakeholders and clients to ensure the projects and assignments are managed with highest standards of accuracy and efficiency, as per instructions within agreed business SLA.

What you’ll do:
  • Champion sales analytic framework for Sales Department to perform analysis to support both regular and thematic initiatives.
  • Manage sales performance tracking to monitor activities against business performance objectives and provide insight for strategy planning.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to provide support on the delivery of growth strategies and key initiatives.
  • Assist in supervising Sales Support Team and resources planning.
  • Assist and support Sales Management Office in implementing strategies and meeting business objectives.
  • Coordinate and work with the other departments to prepare Management Information Reports.
  • Contribute to complete ad hoc projects requested by Sales Management Office.
  • Managing Product strategy, offering and pricing, business growth.
  • Conduct timely market and competitor analysis to identify business.
  • Develop customer engagement materials and work with SMO to carve out the outreach plan. Support other regulatory-change projects by providing change requirements (e.g. FINI) opportunities, initiate product ideas and implement growth strategy.
Product Management & Governance:
  • Be responsible for adhering the regulatory and internal requirement in the context of product governance and sales suitability framework.
  • Oversee product governance, review product due diligence and design product policies and procedures to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support and re-engineering the sales process from sales suitability and cross border perspective.
  • Lead/support internal approval processes for new products.
  • Prepare and coordinate paper and MIs submission to ROC and POC meetings.
  • Assist in different initiatives from product, system, etc.
  • Prepare MI and meeting materials for reporting to POC, HELIOS CCM, EXO and Product Governance Forum.
  • Support in Semi-Annual Bond Concentration Review and Annual Customer Risk Rating Model Review, as HELIOS Continuous Control Monitoring items.
  • Work with Global product team on HCBS product support and reporting.
  • Conduct regular review on DIM.
  • Prepare data reporting to support Global product team on ESG/Virtual Asset.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related discipline preferably with a recognised professional project management qualification preferred.
  • 3+ years relevant working experience in Product and Sales management/support sectors with exposure to sales support, product management business, customer analytics, management reporting, strategy, and planning.
  • Ability to converse and understand Chinese and English language fluently, where applicable country specific language fluency required in spoken and written knowledge of Cantonese & Mandarin is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of sales support, product management and broking services.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in common analytics and project management tools e.g., advanced user in MS Excel with VBA knowledge, MS PowerPoint, MS Access.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills with both stakeholders and senior management.
