SalaryRange: RM3,500–RM6,500 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end purchasing and procurement matters for the Group across all countries' markets.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve the best terms and conditions.

Develop, expand, and maintain procurement channels to support regional business needs.

Implement cost control, supplier management, and purchasing best practices across the Group.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, supply chain) on material, goods, and service requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements across different countries.

Supervise and provide guidance to junior team members (for Supervisor level).

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years’ experience (Executive) / 3–5 years’ experience (Supervisor) in procurement or purchasing.

Experience handling multi-country or regional procurement is an added advantage.

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.

Good communication in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Independent, resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
