INTOTEST Sdn Bhd is a Malaysia‑incorporated company dedicated and focused to the semiconductor testing and taping process, producing automation solutions that are very cost competitive at the same time of highest quality and reliability. Our technical team has 20+ years of technical experience in testing, designing and commissioning on fully automated semiconductor equipment for the semiconductor industries.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full spectrum of the purchasing process, including processing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, monitoring progress, following up, and expediting delivery.
  • Source materials, goods, products, and services; negotiate and finalize contracts to secure the most cost‑effective and favorable terms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and long‑term collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure purchased products and services meet operational and business requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply chain dynamics and present findings to Management for review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by HOD as required.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Proven experience in direct and indirect sourcing, with strong knowledge of end‑to‑end procurement processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
