  • Assist in cleansing, validation, and migration of procurement master data.
  • Participate in system testing (UAT) and provide feedback.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Support preparation of transition-related reports.
  • Identify and report system or process issues.
  • Communicate changes or impacts due to system transition.
  • Provide input on optimizing procurement workflows.
  • Share observations and suggest enhancements.
  • Support other areas of procurement and ad-hoc projects.

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Senior Executive, Procurement (2-year Contract).

The Procurement Senior Executive assist in procurement function during our ERP transition in maintaining procurement operations, ensuring data accuracy, supporting system migrating activities, and minimizing business disruption during the transition.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist I the cleansing, validation, and migration of procurement master data (vendors, materials, pricing, etc.) during the transition period.
  • Participate in system testing (UAT) and provide feedback on procurement workflows and configurations.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation during the transition phase.
  • Support the preparation of transition-related reports, including open POs, order status, and spend analysis.
  • Identify and report system or process issues to the transition team for resolution.
  • Communicate changes or impacts due to the system transition as necessary.
  • Provide practical input on optimizing procurement workflows and documentation in the new S/4Hana system.
  • Share observations and suggest enhancements to improve procurement efficiency post-go-live.
  • Provide support in other areas of procurement and assist in ad-hoc projects as and when required.

  • 2-3 years of experience in related field.
  • Experience supporting or participating in EPR transitions is highly preferred.
