Job summary

A leading automotive company in Malaysia is seeking a candidate to manage used car appraisals and stock, handle marketing tasks, and participate in events. The ideal candidate should possess a valid driving license, have experience in the used car industry, and be able to adapt to a Japanese working culture. Strong communication skills in English and Malay are essential. Working hours are from 7:50 AM to 5:30 PM. This position requires teamwork, good attitude, and the willingness to work extra hours when necessary.

Qualifications

• A valid driving license is required.
• Experience in the used car industry is advantageous.
• Must be able to adapt to Japanese working culture.

Responsibilities

• Key in appraisal into E-Topmark / EAS system.
• Follow up on appraisal with SA.
• Manage used car stock and arrange wholesale cars for bidding.
• Perform E-auto thumb print and check E-auto.
• Design advertisements for social media posting.

Skills

Good in marketing and able to do video content

Able to communicate and write in English & Malay

Job description

Key in appraisal into E-Topmark /EAS system

Follow up appraisal with SA

Compile and follow up trade in document

Receive car from SA and recheck condition as per appraisal

Record down document and spare key receive

Perform E-auto thumb print

Check E-auto (E-Batal and payment)

Manage used car stock, arrange wholesales car for bidding.

Compile wholesale document, cars and spare key to dealer.

Do advertisement design for posting in social media.

Do reporting and present to management.

Participate in company roadshow or event when necessary.

SKILLS

Good in marketing and able to do video content.

Able to communicate and writing in English & Malay.

REQUIREMENTS

Able to work at Shah Alam and assist another outlet when required.

Able to work under tight schedule.

Must possess valid driving license.

Experience in Used car industry will be given advantage.

Able to work as a team.

Good attitude and self-discipline.

Able to adapt to Japanese working culture.

Willing to work extra hours when necessary.

Working hours: 7.50am - 5.30pm
