Randstad is partnering with a reputable and fast-growing player in the automotive manufacturing industry. Our client is currently looking for a Procurement Manager to lead their procurement team and take ownership of the full procurement cycle to support business operations and continuous growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals, providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance management
  • Drive end-to-end procurement processes: from sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management to cost control and process improvement
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet project timelines, quality standards, and cost targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (engineering, production, finance, etc.) to align procurement strategies with business needs
  • Identify and qualify new suppliers to ensure the best value in terms of cost, quality, and reliability
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure continuous improvement initiatives are in place
Manager / Team

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Quality, while leading a team of Procurement and Vendor Development professionals. This role reports directly to the CEO.
