Job Summary

The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing all procurement activities, including strategic sourcing, vendor relationship management, cost analysis, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient procurement processes that are cost-effective, align with company objectives, and meet project requirements. The manager will also focus on risk mitigation, procurement compliance, and driving value through effective price and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct cost‑effective sourcing for purchase service categories upon receipt of purchase request.
  2. Perform cost analysis and benchmarking for all purchased items and services.
  3. Develop and implement value‑added procurement strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  4. Complete price and contract negotiations with a focus on value procurement and forming competitive agreements.
  5. Ensure suppliers comply with contractual terms and performance benchmarks.
  6. Ensure adherence to all relevant procurement laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  7. Conduct market analysis to stay informed about core materials, industry trends, and best practices.
  8. Collaborate with purchase requestor and stakeholders to ensure procurement supports project timelines and budgets.
  9. Actively participate in tender committees to determine the most optimal solutions for tendering and project budgeting.
  10. Review & follow up invoices or monthly payments submitted by the Supplier.
  11. Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process (source‑to‑pay), ensuring efficient delivery of value‑added purchases at optimal costs, on‑time delivery, and meeting project quality requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement of direct and indirect purchase, with a focus on building maintenance and operations related purchase are added advantage.
