Responsibilities
- Maintaining vendor registration and documentation.
- Assist Procurement Manager with reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with engineers for supplier mobilization.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining vendor registration, and upkeep of vendor data/documentation in the system.
- Maintaining current up-to-date procurement documents, purchase information, and price database.
- Assist Procurement Manager in preparing management information, material price trends, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordinate with engineers and site team regarding supplier mobilization to site and logistics-related matters.
- Tabulate commercial bid evaluations and prepare comparison tables.
- Perform courier-related deliveries and maintain the procurement shared folder filing.
- Maintain various procurement RFQ tracking, procurement status updates, and database.
- Manage meeting room bookings, schedule appointments, and receive visitors.
- Check supplier invoices and maintain invoice tracking records.
- Perform other duties related to the field as assigned by supervisor.
