Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders based on approved requests.
• Source and purchase materials and components as per production needs.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate terms.
• Ensure deliveries match the Purchase Order requirements.
• Inspect and record incoming goods according to documents.
• Monitor and record stock movements.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks from superiors.
• Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.
