Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider in Malaysia, seeks an individual to handle purchasing functions. Responsibilities include negotiating with vendors for competitive pricing, managing inventory, and preparing detailed Purchasing/Sales reports. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all purchasing functions.
  • Negotiate with vendors for good pricings.
  • Check & verify PO & invoices.
  • Coordinate on-time deliveries from vendors.
  • Manage & control inventory.
  • Prepare Purchasing/Sales reports.

Skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Ability to work independently

Education

GCE ‘O’ level and above
