Responsibilities
- Supports Skyways Technics workshop in the replenishment and purchase of required tooling, raw materials, services, parts, consumables, and expendables.
- To ensure that the workshop’s procurement requirements are met, and materials inventories are constantly replenished and kept at sufficient levels to facilitate our repair service needs, quality, and the on-time delivery to our customers, in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
- In collaboration with the planning and the shop operations, the Procurement Executive will evaluate each purchase on a case‑by‑case basis.
- Source and purchase repair materials and tooling in support of Part‑145 repair activities.
- Support the sourcing needs of Skyways Technics internal departments.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible service offerings with respect to lead time vs. price and quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of items.
- Monitor all purchases to avoid any shortages, overcharges, and disruptions of the supply Chain.
- Liaise with logistics for best shipping option.
- Manage the outsourcing of tools needing repair, maintenance, or calibration.
- Submit Purchase Orders to vendors.
- Participate in daily operations briefings.
- Update inventory levels and ensure that stock levels are appropriate.
- Initiate transfers between Skyways Technics Asia and various Skyways Technics warehouses worldwide.
- Conduct benchmarking exercises.
- Ensure costs remain within the set procurement budget.
- Participate in planning meetings.
- Maintain and update the supplier and vendor database.
- Assist the Procurement Manager in the evaluation of supplier and vendor performance.
- Help with the sourcing of new suppliers considering prices, lead times, and quality.
- Aid in monitoring of the Moving Average Price (MAP) of purchased components, parts, materials, and consumables.
- Have a clear understanding of the workshop activity, associated challenges, and objectives.
- Follow purchasing procedures and policies and ensure all transactions are documented.
- Performing all procurement activities in compliance with applicable regulations and standards set by Skyways Technics.

Qualification Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
- Good communication skill both in spoken and written in English.
- Good organization skill and time management skill.
- Analytics, details and performance oriented.
- Strong IT system skill such as Excel.
Working Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in MRO/Aviation industry.
