Job summary

A prominent company in warranty management is seeking a candidate for warranty claims management. You will verify supplier criteria, compile warranty claims documents, and ensure prompt payments. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in Purchasing/Inventory Management and good communication skills in English and Bahasa. Computer literacy is essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Preferably specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Warehouse Management.
  • Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

  • Verify the manufacturer’s/supplier’s criteria.
  • Compile documents for warranty claims and authorize them.
  • Analyze denied claims and re-submit or cancel.

Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Verifying the manufacturer’s/supplier’s criteria.
  • Compiling related document for warranty claims, liaising with related manufacturer/supplier, follows up and authorizing all warranty claims.
  • Follow up on claims, to ensure the Company obtains prompt payment/CN.
  • Follow up pre-authorization application for contentious cases, liaising with related manufacturer/supplier and ensure all cases completed within the time frame.
  • Identifies and follow up exceptional cases that required special agreements with the manufacturer/supplier.
  • Analyzing claims denied by the manufacturer/supplier and, re-submits if applicable or obtains approval from superior to cancel the said claim.
  • Works closely with outlets / operations team on warranty claim issues.
  • Process purchases order, goods receiving & stock transfer as procurement daily job task.
  • Able to plan ahead on new purchase, repeat order & replenishment of stock.
  • Other task as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably candidate who specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills and language proficiency in English and Bahasa.
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Experience in full set of stock management.
