Having grown to 77 outlets within just a few years, our ambition is to expand to over 1000 outlets in the next 5 years and build the next‑gen QSR.
Your responsibilities:
- On‑time and in full procurement of raw and finished products to different departments of the company including production, marketing, warehousing, maintenance and outlets.
- Finding new local and international suppliers, negotiating pricing and proposing new products.
- Timely procurement‑related admin to support finance and operations including creating POs, closing invoices and following up with monthly SOAs.
- Supporting outlet ad‑hoc equipment sourcing and new openings, coordinating closely with real estate, warehousing, outlet and maintenance teams.
- Management of suppliers and financing partners as needed.
- Supporting the Procurement Manager with end‑of‑month and quarter forecast and reporting of spend and sales data.
- Ensuring that the ERP system is up to date and accurate at all times with latest prices, product details and supplier information.
You are:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience in Procurement.
- F&B industry highly preferred.
- High energy and great communication skills.
- Proactive and great problem‑solving skills.
- Track record in negotiations and sourcing alternative products.
- Comfortable working analytically.
- Sense of urgency and able to multitask.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of procurement and supply chain.
