Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end procurement process: sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, PO issuance, and delivery follow-up.

Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and service.

Maintain accurate documentation of all procurement activities and supplier contracts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

Monitor supplier performance and address any delivery or quality issues.

Identify and qualify new suppliers and alternative sources.

Cost and Budget Control

Operate within assigned budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Track procurement spending and report on variances.

Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethics, and legal requirements.

Manage supplier contracts and mitigate procurement-related risks.

Coordination and Reporting

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Operations, Logistics) to ensure aligned procurement needs.

Prepare procurement reports, including supplier performance and market trends.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant procurement experience.

Fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software/tools.

Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.

Experience in industry, e.g., manufacturing, retail and construction.
