Tech-Store Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a leading technology retailer, is seeking an exceptional Procurement Executive to join its dynamic team in Puchong, Selangor. As a full-time role, this position plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient procurement of hardware and technology products for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and securing the best deals from suppliers
• Maintain and update the company's vendor database, ensuring all supplier information is accurate and up-to-date
• Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new product opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
• Prepare and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and continuously seek out new potential partners
• Assist in the implementation of procurement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
• Provide regular reports and performance metrics to the management team

What we're looking for
