Job summary

Job description

Support the Procurement Global Indirect Business Process Owner (GPO) in daily operations

Ensure procurement data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements

Assist in process improvement initiatives through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities within the P2P process

Develop, maintain, and manage procurement data systems including data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting

Support KPI management, including root‑cause analysis and improvement action plans

Assist in defining, documenting, and updating global S2P process standards, policies, procedures, and RACI metrics

Prepare executive‑ready presentations and support meetings, including data gathering, slide preparation, and meeting logistics

Monitor incidents, issues, and case queues; track status, aging, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining action logs

Act as backup support to the GPO when required

Perform administrative and ad‑hoc tasks as assigned

Support local buying activities including supplier phase‑in, setup, and extensions

Coordinate with suppliers to obtain required documentation and update records in the iValua system

Request and upload supplier certificates into the iValua system

Upload contracts into the ICAP system (NDA, Frame Agreement, Statement of Work)

Maintain and update procurement and contract tracking records

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

1–2 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Strong attention to detail with good analytical and data management skills

Positive and proactive working attitude

Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required

Able to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment
