The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in MRO procurement, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools. Essential Functions

Responsible for sourcing and procurement of tooling, chemical and Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) supplies

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Procurement & sourcing: Identify, evaluate and select suppliers for Indirect Purchases. Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
2. Procurement Operations & Supply Chain Management: Issue RFQs, analyze supplier quotations and negotiate pricing and prepare monthly Procurement Report
3. Cost Optimization: Implement cost-reduction strategies through supplier consolidation, alternate sourcing and value engineering.
4. Supplier & Compliance Management: Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery and cost-effectiveness and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Production and Maintenance) to ensure procurement aligns with operational needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business / Management or any engineering field. Technical knowledge will be an added advantage.
• 3‑5 years of working experience in MRO procurement preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, Excel (Pivot table/Vlookup), Outlook. Familiarisation to MS AX will be an added advantage.
• Creative problem‑solving skill with a sense of urgency and attention to details.
• Chinese language preferred, as the role requires communication with China‑based suppliers.
