• Generate insights to drive cost efficiency, secure supply and meet sustainability goals.
• Benchmark and propose innovative procure-to-pay solutions.
• Support development of new processes and tools and evaluate their impact.
• Build stakeholder relationships and communicate confidently to senior management.
• Collaborate with procurement teams across Malaysia, Panama and Switzerland for global alignment.

As a Procurement Digital Innovation Project Specialist, you will be part of an international team supporting global strategic projects for the Procurement function, with a strong focus on the Procure to Pay stream.

In this high-impact role, you will help advance Procurement’s digital innovation agenda by shaping strategy and delivering solutions that use AI, automation, data and analytics, and emerging technologies to create business value.

Through your expertise and influence, you will unlock value, strengthen competitive advantage, and help lead Procurement innovation on a global scale.

How you’ll make an impact as a Procurement Digital Innovation Project Specialist

• Support strategic projects in the Procure to Pay stream for all spend categories (Direct materials, Services and Indirect materials), across all geographical zones and with all Nestlé Business Units.
• Define requirements, set priorities, and deliver projects on time with the support and collaboration of IT, NBS and Procurement Digital & Transformation teams.
• Coordinate the review of global procurement processes and tools alongside category leaders.
• Generate insights that drive cost efficiency, secure supply and meet sustainability goals.
• Challenge assumptions through benchmarking and propose innovative procure to pay solutions.
• Support development of new processes and tools and evaluate their impact.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate confidently to senior management.
• Collaborate with procurement teams across Malaysia, Panama, and Switzerland to ensure global alignment.
