About the role

Reporting to the GM Procurement Food Service/Ingredients with matrix reporting to the Head of Finance Partnering (SEA), the Procurement Business Partner - SEA is responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process to deliver value, ensure vendor reliability, and maintain compliance with procurement policies across the region. Reporting to the GM Procurement Food Service/Ingredients and working closely with the Head of Finance Partnering (SEA), this role plans and executes region-specific sourcing activities, supports the implementation of global and regional category strategies, and drives continuous improvement in procurement practices. The Procurement Business Partner collaborates with internal stakeholders and local vendors to enhance supply reliability, operationalise value delivery opportunities, and ensure procurement processes and policies are consistently applied to support business objectives and sustainable outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

• Plan and execute region-specific strategic sourcing activities in alignment with category strategies and business requirements
• Support execution of global category strategies and operationalise value delivery opportunities identified
• Develop procurement initiative pipeline for markets located within the region; ensure co-creation of project charters and tracking

Vendor management and continuous improvement

• Drive collaboration with local vendors to support continuous improvement initiatives, supply reliability and increased adoption of market innovations
• Contribute to procurement improvement projects and initiatives to improve visibility of spend
• Coordinate data sharing with Global Category team to enable consolidation of market insights into procurement strategies

Sourcing advisory

• Work in collaboration with SEA stakeholders to ensure procurement process and policies are complied with
• Support budget owners and contract owners with ongoing procurement advisory and contract reviews

About You

• A tertiary qualification in commerce, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement
• Strong knowledge of purchasing best practice, familiarity with contract law, risk management and vendor compliance practices
• Proficiency in procurement systems such as SAP Ariba
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
